We are a family run company with over 50 years' experience in providing quality, value for money holidays. A Richardson's holiday gives warm memories to cherish. Our holiday villages offer full and half board adult-only breaks. Each Village has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and offers a range of facilities and entertainment. Our resident bands are there for your enjoyment whether you prefer dancing or listening to live music. If dancing is your thing you can demonstrate your fancy footwork with a mix of ballroom, line and sequence dancing. Mundesley Holiday Village and Seacroft Holiday Village (Hemsby) are located on the beautiful Norfolk Coast. South Downs Holiday Village is on the South Coast just outside the historic city of Chichester near Portsmouth.

Self-drive groups of over 30 will also benefit from a £10pp discount.

Group Term Guidelines

Single Rooms - The number of single rooms without supplement can be seen in the chart. Any required beyond this point will incur a charge from £5 per night. We reserve the right to restrict the number of rooms for single use at all times. (Mundesley has a lot of single accommodation and therefore only charge a single supplement if a twin/double is occupied by a single person).

Special Requests - These need to be made at the time of booking and will be honoured where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Coach Travel - We have a minimum number of passengers of 40 to qualify for inclusive coach travel.

For all groups a quotation will be individually calculated and will depend upon numbers of passengers, distances involved, length of stay and number of pick-up points.

Day Trips - for coach inclusive holidays we can provide excursions at an additional cost, please enquire for specific outings.

Cancellation Protection Scheme - This costs (currently) £10.00 per person and will be added to the total costs of the holiday. Any members of the party not requiring this cover must sign a disclaimer and provide evidence of alternative arrangements in order to remove the liability for full payment by the group organiser.

Upon agreement of a firm date and approximate numbers for the group, we would send you a contract which covers all the details of the basis of the reservation and sets out dates for payment of deposits etc. A deposit will normally be required before the accommodation can be guaranteed. Final balance and rooming list would be required no later than eight weeks before the holiday start date.

Terms and conditions for our group bookings are supplementary to our normal fair trading terms and are printed on the reverse of the contract. If you would like to see a copy of these terms in advance, please ask.
