Just six miles south of the very attractive and historic Roman city of Chichester, South Downs Holiday Village can be found on the outskirts of Bracklesham Bay. The Village is situated only a ten minute walk from the seafront with its views of the Isle of Wight, just across the Solent.
Benefitting from warm coastal water currents, we experience a mild climate and amongst the highest sunshine hours per year in the UK. South Downs and its surrounding areas are all very flat which makes getting about on foot very straightforward. If you need to travel by public transport, the local bus service stops virtually outside our gates and trains from Chichester run to all parts of the country, normally via Victoria Station, London.

Known for its friendly atmosphere and staff who are very eager to make sure our guests have a great time with us, whether staying for a weekend or midweek break, or for a full week (or more!), South Downs has an enviable reputation for the quality of its entertainment programme and remarkable value for money.
Offering most breaks as three-night weekends or four-night midweeks, we specialise in providing themed holidays and Special Interest breaks throughout the year. The New Year sees 2007 off to a flying start with many exciting weekends in January, including our celebration of the 50s, 60s and 70s hosted by Britain’s Best Elvis, Mark Goddard, returning for a third triumphant year.
